Jury awards Eureka Water Company $14.2 million in three-year water war

A federal jury returned a verdict in favor of McAfee & Taft client Eureka Water Company after a four-week trial against Nestle Waters North America, Inc., the world's largest bottled water company. The jury awarded $9.2 million for breach of contract and $5 million for tortious interference with business relations.
