BIOGRAPHY

Alan G. Holloway’s practice primarily involves tax and estate planning and the representation of taxpayers in federal and state tax appeals and litigation matters.

Alan is a contributing author to CPA Focus, a publication of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to entering law school, he worked at a public accounting firm. He has been a certified public accountant since 1992 and served on the Taxation Committee of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants from 1998 to 2006. In addition, he holds a Master of Laws degree in taxation from the University of Alabama.

Alan serves as a volunteer for Positive Tomorrows, a school for homeless children, having served as a director and treasurer from 2003 to 2009. He also serves as a volunteer for the Center for Children and Families, an organization that serves children and families by preventing and treating child abuse and neglect, having served as a director from 2003 to 2006.
