BIOGRAPHY

Beau Patterson’s practice involves a broad range of business transactions and general representation of business entities in the areas of creditor's rights, healthcare, oil and gas transactions, regulatory compliance and real estate matters.


REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

  • Representation of individuals and companies in business and commercial transactions, including asset sales and purchases, stock sales and purchases, and other merger and acquisition transactions
  • Representation of creditors in bankruptcy reorganizations and adversary proceedings
  • Representation of businesses and individuals in the acquisition of improved and unimproved real estate property, including title, survey and diligence activities
  • Representation of clients before various municipal and governmental entities with respect to numerous real estate matters (e.g. zoning, special use permitting and regulatory compliance)
  • Assist healthcare clients in developing programs and guidelines to comply with HIPAA requirements
  • Representation of healthcare providers in evaluating compliance with Stark law and Medicare fraud and abuse laws and regulations
