Brandon Buchanan is a trial attorney whose state and federal litigation practice is focused on business and commercial litigation, with specific experience in the areas of employment law, products liability defense, mass torts, contract and insurance disputes, professional negligence, wrongful death claims, and litigation involving healthcare, insurance, oil and gas, and complex construction disputes. He represents defendants in employment-related litigation involving all types of wrongful discharge claims. He also has extensive experience defending healthcare providers in malpractice lawsuits.

Prior to joining McAfee & Taft in 2005, Brandon was a litigation associate with another Oklahoma City-based civil practice law firm. Opala, and legislative director for the University of Oklahoma's Norman campus and Health Sciences Center.
