Danae Grace is a transactional lawyer whose practice encompasses a broad range of commercial and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, real estate, healthcare, contract drafting and negotiations, and general business transactions.
Danae graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she was named to the Order of the Coif and earned American Jurisprudence awards in Mergers & Acquisitions, Agency & Partnership, Wind Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
While in law school, Danae served as assistant managing editor for the Oklahoma Law Review. She is the author of “The Sky Is Not Falling: How the Anticlimactic Application of Melendez-Diaz v. Massachusetts to Oklahoma’s Laboratory Report Procedures Allows Room for Improvement,” 63 Oklahoma Law Review 383 (2011), for which she received the Gene and JoAnn Sharp Award for Best Law Review Note and the Frank C. Love Memorial Award for excellence in legal writing. She also served as an intern for the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals.
