BIOGRAPHY

Kym Carrier is a trial attorney who practices in the areas of commercial litigation and arbitration.  She represents clients in disputes involving products liability, contracts, real estate, business torts, oil and gas, insurance coverage, banking, antitrust, securities, franchises, taxes, trusts, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, environmental issues, bankruptcy and other business-related controversies.

Prior to entering law school, Kym worked for several years in the banking industry.
