Neal Kennedy is a registered professional engineer and patent attorney who represents corporate and individual clients in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
Neal has served as an adjunct professor of law at Oklahoma City University and as an instructor in the Legal Assistant Education Program at the University of Oklahoma College of Law. He has lectured on intellectual property matters for continuing legal education programs and civic groups, been a guest lecturer at the University of Oklahoma College of Engineering, and authored “A Look at Computer Crime – Oklahoma and Federal Law” for the Oklahoma Bar Journal.
In addition to being listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Neal is a registered professional engineer and the co-inventor of three U.S. patents.
Prior to starting his law career, Neal worked as the chief engineer of an Oklahoma-based manufacturer of compressors, pumps and accessories for industrial gases and liquids. He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Arizona.
