David Spring’s practice is focused on general tax planning for corporations, partnerships, and individuals; wealth transfer tax planning; local, state and federal taxation; and the tax structuring of business and commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
David graduated with highest honors from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2011 where he was one of the inaugural recipients of the University’s Excellence in Education scholarship program. While in law school, he was selected as a Chesapeake Scholar, was an active member of the Native American Law Students Association, and was the recipient of numerous honors, including CALI awards in Regulated Industries, Agency and Partnership, and Law and Literature.
David graduated from the joint B.B.A. (Accounting) / Master of Accountancy program at the University of Oklahoma Price College of Business in 2007 and served as a graduate assistant in the Steed School of Accounting.
He has been a licensed certified public accountant since 2010.
