Theodore Elam’s practice is concentrated in corporate and securities matters. He has been lead counsel in numerous public and private offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions, tender offers and other forms of financing involving enterprises engaged in the telecommunications, energy, mortgage banking, mortgage lending, retailing, insurance and real estate business.
During the course of his distinguished career, Ted has been a frequent lecturer at legal seminars and has also served as an assistant professor of business law and an adjunct professor of business planning, securities regulation and corporate finance at the University of Oklahoma College Law.
