In his role as executive manager, John Litke serves as the primary operations and financial officer for the Firm and oversees all administrative management and support functions. Areas for which he is directly responsible include human resources, finance and accounting, information systems, applications and services, and general office administration. He also coordinates the Firm’s strategic planning process and provides counsel to the shareholders and board of directors regarding business matters and major operating decisions.
John holds a bachelor of accountancy degree from the University of Oklahoma and is a certified public accountant. Prior to joining McAfee & Taft in 2000, he worked as a tax accountant with Price Waterhouse from 1985 to 1991 and as the legal administrator for another Oklahoma City-based law firm for nine years.
John is a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Legal Administrators.
