Since joining McAfee & Taft in 2005, Angela Jackson has provided administrative and paralegal support to all facets of the firm’s worldwide aircraft financing, title and registration practice.
In her current role, Angela works directly with McAfee & Taft’s aviation attorneys to ensure that client interests in aircraft, engines and helicopters are protected and in compliance with the Cape Town Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and the Aircraft Protocol. In addition to serving as the firm's primary day-to-day liaison with the International Registry in Ireland, she oversees the firm's IR paralegal team which is responsible for preparing and registering the documentation necessary to perfect those interests.
Angela’s career experience also includes working as a legal assistant for a small Oklahoma City-based law firm and as an administrative assistant for a nationwide manufacturer and distributor of food products.
Angela currently serves as the second vice president of the Central Oklahoma Association of Legal Assistants.
