Since embarking on her legal career in 1993, Annalisa Largent has gained extensive experience working with both trial lawyers and corporate attorneys on a wide range of legal matters, including those involving civil litigation and appeals, oil and gas law, bankruptcy, corporate and commercial transactions, consumer finance and family law. In her current role with McAfee & Taft, she provides paralegal support to lawyers whose practices are concentrated on mergers and acquisitions, major real estate and development projects, commercial financing, and other complex business transactions.
Her professional career highlights include providing pre-trial and on-site courtroom assistance at lengthy trials as well as assisting with numerous multimillion-dollar asset acquisitions, real estate purchases, development projects and commercial financings.
A native of Norman, OK, Annalisa studied journalism at the University of Oklahoma before obtaining her paralegal certificate from City College in 1993. Prior to joining McAfee & Taft in 2008, she worked for a sole practitioner for five years and for one of Oklahoma City’s largest law firms for 10 years.
Annalisa is a proud mother and enjoys calligraphy, embroidery and digital artwork.
