As a paralegal for the firm’s worldwide aircraft financing, title and registration practice, Cindy Crawford works with McAfee & Taft’s aviation attorneys to ensure that client interests in aircraft, engines and helicopters are protected and in compliance with the Cape Town Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and the Aircraft Protocol. Her specific responsibilities include obtaining priority search certificates, requesting and consenting to professional user authority, and registering all forms of interest on the International Registry.
Cindy joined McAfee & Taft in 2011, bringing with her more than 25 years experience as a legal secretary and more than 5 years experience as a closing agent for both a real estate closing company and a title insurance company.
