As a paralegal for the firm’s intellectual property group, Diane Goswick is responsible for the preparation of all document types used in connection with domestic and foreign trademark clearance, registrations, maintenance, trademark oppositions, copyright and franchise matters. Diane also coordinates with a network of foreign associates in connection with international trademark applications.
Diane began her legal career in 1985 working as a legal secretary and assistant at several boutique firms, later working in the intellectual property department of a Fortune 500 company. She joined McAfee& Taft in 2009.
Diane is currently continuing her education at Northeastern State University and is a member of the National Association for Legal Professionals (NALS).
