Gail A. McCuistion brings more than 18 years of legal experience – the majority of it concentrated in the field of aviation law – to her role as a paralegal for the firm’s Aviation Group. Her responsibilities include preparing aircraft closing instruments for recordation with the Federal Aviation Administration, reviewing and compiling FAA records for outstanding/resolved title and lien issues, corresponding with involved parties to resolve document issues, and verifying recorded instruments have been posted by the FAA to the proper aircraft, engine and propeller records.
Prior to joining McAfee & Taft in 2000, Gail worked as both a legal secretary and paralegal in the fields of litigation, probate, personal injury and family law. Her varied work experience also includes working in the asbestos removal, petroleum engineering, mineral leasing and banking industries.
Gail attended Canton College in Canton, IL, where she was a member of Sigma Alpha Theta sorority.
