Anne Croley provides comprehensive support to trial lawyers engaged in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts nationwide, particularly in the areas of mass torts, multi-district litigation, class actions, and products liability litigation involving the defense of major pharmaceutical, medical device and automotive manufacturers. Her special skill set includes the ability to obtain, analyze, and decipher voluminous medical records with pinpoint accuracy. She also has experience assisting lawyers in healthcare and employment litigation.
Anne has worked on many high-profile, highly technical, cases nationwide and has extensive experience undertaking case management, acquiring and analyzing records in preparation for drafting discovery requests and responses, conducting investigative research, preparing exhibits for depositions and trial, providing pre-litigation and motion practice assistance, organizing documents and preparing witness and exhibit lists, identifying and coordinating with expert witnesses, providing on-site litigation support at trial, and assisting with post-trial, appellate and settlement work.
Anne graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership and with distinction with a master’s degree in management from Southern Nazarene University. Prior to earning her certificate in paralegal studies from the University of Tulsa and embarking on a career in the legal industry in 1995, she served with several major organizations as an international/national credit manager, international/national customer service manager, assistant to a corporate treasurer, and as an executive recruiter with focus on the recruitment and placement of certified public accountants and computer technology professionals.
Active in the legal community, Anne is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) and is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association’s Paralegal Committee. She serves on the advisory board of the University of Tulsa Legal Assistant Program and as an adjunct professor of civil litigation and advisory board member at Tulsa Community College. Anne co-authored and has taught “Litigation Case Management for the Oklahoma Paralegal” through the Institute for Paralegal Education Training and is the recipient of the NALA 2000 Affiliates Award and the 2003 Eastern Oklahoma Paralegal of the Year Award.
Her community activities include membership in the National Business Education Association and Delta Mu Delta, Phi Epsilon and Alpha Sigma Lambda national honor societies. She is also a master adjunct professor of business and humanities at Oklahoma Wesleyan University and a motivational speaker for Christian women groups.
