As a paralegal for McAfee & Taft’s worldwide aircraft title, registration and financing practice, Holly Medina helps protect client interests in aircraft, engines and helicopters by preparing documentation for recordation with the Federal Aviation Administration, preparing aircraft and engine records for review, reviewing transactions, preparing documentation for registration, obtaining priority search certificates, compliance post-recordation correspondence, and registering all forms of interests on the International Registry.
Prior to joining McAfee & Taft, Holly served as lead escrow agent for an Oklahoma City-based aircraft title company for more than 5 years. In that capacity, she coordinated aircraft transaction closings between multiple parties, worked directly with trustees and obtained Federal Aviation Administration legal approval for new trusts, and examined and prepared documents for submission to the FAA. She also developed extensive working knowledge of the International Registry.
Holly’s business experience also includes serving as a Mary Kay independent consultant.
