As a paralegal for the firm’s Aviation Group, Linda Bynum serves as a post-recordation specialist for aircraft transaction documents filed and recorded with the Federal Aviation Administration. She also has experience registering documents with the International Registry of Mobile Assets, which was established as part of the Cape Town Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and the Aircraft Protocol.
