Linda Rachel provides paralegal support for McAfee & Taft’s Aviation Group. Her responsibilities include preparing documentation for recordation with the Federal Aviation Administration, preparing aircraft and engine records for review, reviewing transactions, preparing documentation for registration, obtaining priority search certifiable, compliance post-recordation correspondence, and registering all forms of interests on the International Registry to ensure that client interests in aircraft, engines and helicopters are protected.
Linda joined McAfee & Taft in 2011, bringing with her more than 36 years of experience in the escrow and title insurance industry. She previously worked for several title companies where she assisted in many significant, complex commercial transactions that were part of the Oklahoma City metro area’s recent renaissance.
Linda is involved with the Commercial Real Estate Council and has a long-time hobby of crafting.
