Nancy Barton has more than 15 years of experience as a paralegal to her credit and works primarily in the areas of business litigation, complex litigation, antitrust, criminal defense, securities litigation, manufacturers liability, construction litigation, class actions and business immigration.
Nancy graduated with a bachelor’s degree in special education from Oklahoma State University and later earned a legal assistant certificate from the University of Oklahoma Law Center. In addition, she also regularly participates in continuing education classes with the National Business Institute, the Institute for Paralegal Education and the Central Oklahoma Association of Legal Assistants (COALA). Prior to joining McAfee & Taft in 1989, Nancy served as a special education teacher in the Putnam City School District for 14 years.
Nancy is a member of the Central Oklahoma Association of Legal Assistants.
