Biography

Alison McCalla joined McAfee & Taft in 2006 and practices in the areas of employee benefits law and commercial and business transactions.  Much of her practice is focused on representing employers in matters pertaining to qualified and nonqualified retirement plans, executive compensation plans, health and welfare plans, COBRA and deferred compensation.  A portion of her practice is also devoted to general business and commercial transactions, including contract drafting and review and entity formation.

Alison is a recent honors graduate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.  While earning her Juris Doctor, she was a Comfort Scholar and member of Oklahoma Law Review.  She also earned American Jurisprudence Awards in Commercial Law, Individual Income Tax, Legal Research and Writing I and II, and Torts I and II.
