Biography

Tony has a wide practice that includes the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, re-examination proceedings, searching and clearing trademarks, prosecuting trademark applications, trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings.

Tony also represents clients in trademark, copyright and patent license negotiations and other transactional matters, and in litigation matters.  Tony is included in The Best Lawyers in America, is immediate past president of the Intellectual Property Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association, and is an adjunct professor of patent law at the University of Oklahoma.

Representative Experience Preparation of patent applications for complex mechanical inventions for energy companies, equipment manufacturers and other commercial enterprises. Representation of clients in re-examination proceedings. Representation of licensors and licensees in patent, trademark and copyright matters, drafting and negotiating. Representation of companies and individuals in patent, trademark and copyright litigation.
