Biography
Clark Dougherty is a registered professional engineer who has practiced intellectual property law in Oklahoma since 1966 and was a founding member of the Patent, Trademark and Copyright Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association.
Clark represents clients in all intellectual property matters, including obtaining, enforcing and defending patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret and other business property rights in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. Copyright Office, foreign patent offices, and domestic and foreign courts. He generally concentrates his patent practice in mechanical, chemical and chemical process inventions and also has extensive experience in the areas of unfair competition law, antitrust law and commercial litigation.
For his achievements in the area of intellectual property law, Clark was inducted into the Intellectual Property Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association Hall of Fame in 2001. He has also been continuously named to the prestigious The Best Lawyers in America list.
