Biography

Henry Hoss practices primarily in the area of construction litigation, commercial litigation and products liability law.  His expertise in the area of construction law has earned him inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America

Henry has been involved in several high-profile cases involving construction litigation.  In a recent products liability case, he represented a defendant in an action where the Oklahoma Supreme Court adopted the Daubert standards for expert witnesses and the Daubert standards were used to exclude the plaintiffs’ expert witness on causation leading to dismissal of the lawsuit and more than a dozen other lawsuits which had been filed against the defendant arising out of the same occurrence.

Prior to entering law school, Henry obtained his bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
