Biography

Michael Nordin has engaged in a business practice since 1982 and is a past leader of the Firm’s Business Law Group.  He represents individuals and companies in a wide range of business transactions, including organization, acquisitions, and mergers of companies; real estate acquisitions, development, leasing and financing; secured and unsecured lending; and business contracts. 

Michael also advises clients in the healthcare industry on matters such as fraud and abuse, Stark, investment and ownership arrangements, development of outpatient facilities, physician practice mergers and acquisitions, corporate affiliations and physician compensation arrangements.

Michael's achievements in the areas of healthcare and real estate law have earned him inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and Oklahoma Super Lawyers.
