Biography

Greg Frogge serves as the leader of the firm's Healthcare Practice Group and concentrates his practice in the areas of healthcare, corporate and commercial transactions law.  He represents clients in various lines of business, providing general corporate, transactional and regulatory advice.

Greg regularly counsels healthcare clients, including hospitals and clinics, community mental health centers, physicians and allied health professionals.  He also represents numerous long-term care clients, including continuing care retirement communities, nursing facilities, assisted living centers, and other retirement communities.

Greg advises clients on a wide variety of topics, including fraud and abuse, physician self-referral, reimbursement, certificate of need, licensure, contracts, acquisitions, joint ventures, risk management, anti-trust and regulatory compliance.

As part of his practice, Greg is in frequent contact with numerous federal and state healthcare regulatory and accreditation bodies, including departments of health, Medicaid agencies, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Medicare contractors, the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations, and various state and national hospital, physician and long-term care trade associations.

In addition to being a frequent author and lecturer on healthcare legal topics, Greg has served as an adjunct professor teaching medical law and regulations at Oklahoma City University’s Meinders School of Business and as a facilitator for the professional ethics course at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.

Greg’s extensive work in the area of healthcare law has earned him inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America and Oklahoma Super Lawyers.
