BiographyCarol Blount brings more than 25 years of legal experience to her role as a paralegal for the Firm’s aviation group. Her current responsibilities include preparing documentation for recordation with the Federal Aviation Administration, preparing aircraft and engine records for review for lien searches, reviewing aircraft and engine records, and preparing title memoranda.
Prior to joining McAfee & Taft in 1998, Carol worked as both a legal secretary and paralegal at two Oklahoma City law firms in the field of insurance defense law. Her diverse work experience also includes serving as a truant officer for a large northern California high school, cross-country owner/operator of an eighteen-wheeler, manager of a trucking company, and clerk/typist with the U.S. Postal Service. Carol also attended Baylor University and the University of New Mexico.
Carol is involved with Paws With A Cause, a nationwide nonprofit organization that trains and places assist dogs with disabled individuals, enabling them to lead full, unhindered lives.
