Biography

Erin Clogston provides paralegal support for attorneys engaged in commercial litigation, labor and employment counseling and litigation, and a broad range of commercial transactions, including bankruptcy, debtor-creditor rights, banking and real estate. Her responsibilities include preparing and filing pleadings with the courts, coordinating depositions and mediations, organizing documents and preparing for trial.

Erin graduated with a certificate in legal office administration and paralegal studies in 2001 and is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants.  Prior to joining McAfee & Taft in 2007, she worked for several Oklahoma City-based law firms in the areas of general commercial litigation, insurance defense, and foreclosure litigation.

Erin is a member of the Central Oklahoma Association of Legal Assistants.
