Heidi Brasher is a trial lawyer who represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law, including state and federal litigation matters. She advises employers on a wide range of issues, including hiring, discipline and terminations, policies and procedures, employee handbook development, drug and alcohol testing, and compliance. She also represents clients in general civil litigation, including those involving complex commercial litigation matters.
Heidi earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Kentucky and a Juris Doctor, with honors, from Oklahoma City University School of Law. She also holds a certificate from the Interdisciplinary Training Program in Child Abuse and Neglect from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine.
Christina Vaughn is a trial lawyer who represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of business-related litigation, including general civil litigation, complex business litigation and environmental litigation.
Christina also dedicates a portion of her practice to Native American law and is licensed to practice in the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. She holds a certificate in Native American Law from the University of Tulsa College of Law and has previously worked with the Muscogee (Creek) Nation through the Boesche Legal Clinic, representing and advising clients on a variety of domestic issues.
Christina earned her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Northeastern State University and her law degree, with highest honors, from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
Prior to joining McAfee & Taft, Christina practiced at another Tulsa firm in the area of civil litigation and was an adjunct professor at Tulsa Community College.
