McAfee & Taft will be hosting an American Bar Association Litigation Section (Intellectual Property Committee) roundtable on the satire/parody distinction in copyright and trademark law and whether satire can ever be a fair use.
Cliff Dougherty, a shareholder with the firm's intellectual property group, will moderate the discussion, and lunch will be provided by McAfee & Taft.
The event is open to all attorneys, and there is no cost to attend.
