ENVIRONMENTAL LAW SEMINAR:
The Final Rule on Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases

McAfee & Taft and Cardinal Engineering, Inc. present "Environmental Law Seminar: The Final Rule on Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases" on October 13, 2009 at Presbyterian Health Foundation Conference Center in Oklahoma City. Registration starts at 8:30am. A complimentary lunch will be provided by Iguana Mexican Grill. The program will wrap up and professional development hour certificates will be provided at 4pm, with open discussion from 4pm to 5pm.

This complimentary full-day seminar will address general legal and technical issues in the first half of the day targeted specifically for managers. The information is also critical for supervisory technical staff as the seminar will include issues related to scope of the rule, applicability, reporting, timelines, enforceability, documentation, and managing confidential business information.  The seminar will include a general overview for managers of the subpart with the broadest applicability, general stationary fuel combustion. The second half of the day will begin with a more detailed review of the stationary fuel combustion subpart, with breakout sessions for three general categories of sources, including general manufacturing, electricity and fuel suppliers, and waste management.

Specifically, the first half of the day will cover a comprehensive overview of the rule, addressing:

The second half of the day will cover specific subpart for stationary fuel combustion, as well as the three general categories of manufacturing, electricity and fuel suppliers, and waste management: (specific subparts will be determined based on audience or RSVPs)
