Richard Craig to Speak at OBA Seminar in Ardmore

Richard Craig, a shareholder with the law firm of McAfee & Taft, will be a featured speaker on the topic of LLC operating agreements at the Oklahoma Bar Association’s 11th Legal Institute of Pickens County, Indian Territory, on May 20th in Ardmore.  
 
Craig, who is the co-author of the “Oklahoma Limited Liability Company Forms and Practice Manual,” was actively involved in the drafting of the Oklahoma Limited Liability Company Act and obtaining Revenue ruling 93-92, which dealt with the federal tax classification of Oklahoma limited liability companies. 

Craig’s practice encompasses wealth transfer tax planning; corporate, individual and partnership taxation; tax and corporate aspects of business transactions; and the litigation of tax matters in both state and federal courts.
