McAfee & Taft Paralegals Elected COALA Officers for 2010

Oklahoma City, OK - January 7, 2010

Two paralegals from McAfee & Taft, Oklahoma City’s largest law firm, have been elected to officer positions by the Central Oklahoma Association of Legal Assistants for the 2010 term.

Glenda Holden was elected to serve as treasurer. A paralegal specializing in all facets of intellectual property law for nearly 30 years, she handles U.S. and foreign patents, trademarks, and copyrights as well as support for intellectual property litigation in both federal court and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Penni Jones has been re-elected for a fourth term as COALA's liaison to the National Association of Legal Assistants. A litigation support specialist, she provides consultation and training services to attorneys and paralegals on the use of litigation support technology tools. She is a Certified TrialDirector Trainer and a Summation Certified Trainer.
