McAfee & Taft to Host ABA Roundtable on Fair Use of Satire

Oklahoma City, OK - May 12, 2006

McAfee & Taft will be hosting an American Bar Association Litigation Section (Intellectual Property Committee) roundtable on Wednesday, May 31st, from 11:45am to 1:00pm. This month's topic focuses on the satire/parody distinction in copyright and trademark law and whether satire can ever be a fair use.

Cliff Dougherty, a shareholder with the firm's intellectual property practice group, will moderate the discussion, and lunch will be provided by McAfee & Taft.
