Steven Bugg, a shareholder with the firm's commercial transactions group, was quoted in an Oklahoman article regarding the sale of Barrett Trailers Inc. for more than $1.7 million.
Bugg represented the buyer in the transaction and said the new owner plans to keep the Barrett name, retain its 60 employees and continue production at the Purcell, OK, factory.
