McAfee & Taft Attorney Keith McFall Named to Governor’s International Team |

D. Keith McFall, a corporate lawyer with McAfee & Taft, has been appointed to serve on the 2009 Governor’s International Team.
The Governor’s International Team consists of 35 board members who assist and advise the Oklahoma Offices of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of State, Oklahoma Legislature, and Oklahoma Department of Commerce-International Trade and Investment Division, with respect to international matters. The team is comprised of business men and women, economic development practitioners, and educators with a common goal of increasing the awareness of international opportunities in the State of Oklahoma.
McFall is veteran transactional attorney best known for his extensive experience in representing clients in complex business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, major real estate and development projects, commercial financing, and business restructurings and workouts. Included among his clients are financial institutions, private equity funds, entrepreneurs, real estate developers, restaurant groups, privately-held and public companies, and two of the state’s professional sports teams. He also represents several foreign-based companies with business interests in the United States.
