The Firm's administrative law practice consists primarily of the representation of clients who appear before, or are in dealings with, governmental bodies. These matters involve environmental law, energy, oil and gas, litigation, real estate and tax.
In addition, the Firm has lawyers who participate regularly in assisting with the drafting of legislation and who deal effectively with the legislature as well as state or federal regulatory agencies. The Firm also has experience in public contract disputes.
