Our practice includes representation of all parties in connection with subordination agreements, intercreditor agreements, and the creation and perfection of security interests in all types of collateral under the Uniform Commercial Code and other state and federal laws governing liens and security interests in intellectual property and non-UCC collateral. Our aviation finance group also has extensive experience in secured transactions in aviation matters.
