The Firm has an active practice in Native American and gaming law representing non-tribal members in dealings with Native American tribes and tribal members. The Firm has represented clients in litigation involving Native American law issues at all levels, including tribal courts, state courts and federal courts. The Firm has also represented clients in business transactions with Native American tribes and tribal members. Because of the unique laws applicable to Native Americans, litigation and business transactions involving Native American law requires special expertise.
