- Representation of developer in acquisition and redevelopment of a hotel/conference center and resort (including golf courses, single-family residential developments, condominiums, restaurants and other amenities) at the site of the former Lake Texoma state park in southern Oklahoma.
- Representation of a foundation affiliated with a state university in connection with the development of a 585-acre planned unit development in Norman, Oklahoma, that includes a retail lifestyle center, public park, hotel/conference center, and other amenities.
- Representation of a specialty hospital in connection with a major expansion of its existing hospital facility in north Oklahoma City and in the development of a south Oklahoma City campus (including matters related to organization and capitalization, transactions with investors, land acquisition, construction, development, and financing).
- Representation of local investors in their acquisition and redevelopment of an approximately 1.5 million square foot industrial facility and surrounding property in Oklahoma City.
- Representation of an investor in its acquisition and subsequent sale of 1889-vintage historical landmark and luxury hotel in Aspen, Colorado.
- Representation of a city in its acquisition and leasing of a 15-story, 750,000 square foot office building and adjacent parking garage.
- Representation of a national real estate company in the development, financing and construction of an aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul technology center adjacent to an air force base.
- Representation of a manufacturing company in its acquisition of industrial manufacturing facility and surrounding 300 acre tract of land in Rogers County, Oklahoma.
- Representation of investors in the acquisition, redevelopment, and leasing of retail shopping centers in Texas, Oklahoma and Colorado.
- Representation of a national real estate development company in its acquisition, leasing and sale of industrial warehouse properties in Oklahoma.

- Representation of large independent oil and gas company in negotiating office space leases in Oklahoma City and Houston, Texas.
- Representation of insurance company in build-to-suit, sale/leaseback transaction for new headquarters in Oklahoma City.

- Proposed $500 million resort and residential housing development on Grand Lake in northeast Oklahoma
- Rehabilitation of historic Skirvin and Colcord hotels in downtown Oklahoma City
