The implementation of health care reform has begun, with many of its provisions taking effect within the next few  years.   In this presentation, veteran employee benefits attorney Bill Freudenrich walks attendees through the key elements of the Affordable Care Act and the critical deadlines associated with each compliance measure.

Joining him at the forum are Mike Rhoads, the Oklahoma Insurance Department’s Deputy Commissioner of Life and Health Insurance who will provide an update on exchanges, and Oklahoma Rep. Glen Mulready, who will provide an overview of the political context of the health care debate and ACA implementation.
