“The words that come to mind when someone asks me to describe McAfee are everything’s important. There’s no small case. There’s no small client. There’s no insignificant person on the team. Everything matters. The details matter, and I think our clients can see that.
“We don’t leave a stone unturned. We don’t let your case linger. We prioritize responding to client calls as soon as possible, responding to client emails as soon as possible. It’s important that we show our clients that they matter, and that we value the fact that they keep bringing us work, and we hope that they will continue to bring us work.
“It’s just so much better communicating with somebody when you feel like you know them, you know what they’re interested in, you know what their priorities are, you know what their schedule is. So I know when you prefer to get emails. I know when you like phone calls. I know when you’re gonna be out, so I know when I need to get something to you, so that I’m not bothering you on vacation, or you know, I know that your child is sick right now. And so, if I can handle something without having to flood your inbox, I’m gonna do that, and I feel like that makes it a mutually beneficial relationship to all involved.”
