At the 2013 Winter Quarterly Training Conference of the Oklahoma Public Human Resources Association (OPHRA), employee benefits and executive compensation lawyer Brandon Long provides HR professionals from local, state and federal government with an update on recent changes to state and federal laws, reviews new guidance issued by regulatory agencies, and discusses recent court rulings that directly impact employers.
