Alex Duncan is a trial lawyer whose practice focuses on civil litigation, including complex commercial litigation. He also has experience in white collar criminal litigation, government investigations, and corporate internal investigations.
Alex graduated with a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Oklahoma in 2008 and with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2015. While in law school, Alex served as editor-in-chief of the Oklahoma Law Review, worked as a research assistant, and was a member of the ABA Moot Court Team. He received several scholarships and honors, including the Comfort Scholarship, Oklahoma Bar Foundation Fellows Scholarship, Judge Albert C. Hunt Award for Outstanding Oral Advocacy, David Swank Professionalism Award, and seven American Jurisprudence awards for academic excellence. He also worked as a volunteer extern for Tenth Circuit Judge Robert E. Bacharach and was named to the Order of the Coif, Order of Barristers, and Order of Scribes.
