Overview

Allison Meinders Harvey is a transactional lawyer whose practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and business matters, including business entity formation and structuring, contract drafting and negotiations, asset and stock acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, transaction financing, and the acquisition, sale, development, financing, and leasing of real estate.

As a member of the firm’s Energy and Oil & Gas and Renewable and Sustainable Energy industry groups, Allison also represents clients in transactional matters specific to those industries, including property sales and acquisitions, leases, development and operating contracts, supply and distribution agreements, transaction financing, and exploration, participation, farmout and joint venture agreements.

The western Oklahoma native, who graduated summa cum laude with her bachelor’s degree in accounting, also devotes a portion of her practice to the representation of individuals and high net worth families in family wealth and estate planning matters, and to the representation of public and private businesses of all sizes in business taxation and tax planning matters.

Allison’s achievements have earned her inclusion in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America (closely held companies and family businesses law; real estate law; tax law) and in Oklahoma Super Lawyers’ list of “Oklahoma Rising Stars,” which recognizes the state’s top up-and-coming attorneys.
