Amanda Terrell provides comprehensive legal support to attorneys whose practices are concentrated in the areas of labor and employment law and litigation and complex business litigation. Her responsibilities include case management, preparing and filing pleadings in state and federal trial and appellate courts, reviewing and organizing discovery documents, performing research, maintaining client and court docket calendars, coordinating depositions and mediations, and preparing and organizing documents and exhibits for hearings and trial.
Amanda began her legal career in 2003 and previously worked as a legal assistant, investigator, and paralegal for three Tulsa, Oklahoma-based law firms prior to joining McAfee & Taft in 2019. Her experience includes working as a freelance paralegal for two years. Over the course of her career, she has developed a broad base of legal knowledge in a multitude of areas, including oil and gas litigation, products liability litigation, estate planning, insurance defense, multi-district mass torts litigation, and complex business litigation
