Aryn Kerr is a corporate attorney whose practice encompasses a broad range of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, business entity selection and formation, transaction financing, contract drafting and review, and general corporate compliance and governance matters. Much of her work involves legal research and analysis, drafting contracts and agreements, conducting transactional due diligence, and preparing legal memoranda addressing complex legal questions.
Aryn graduated with distinction with her bachelor’s degree in public and nonprofit administration from the University of Oklahoma in 2022 and with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2026. While in law school, she served as note and comment editor of the Oklahoma Law Review, was an active member of the Board of Advocates, earned five American Jurisprudence Awards for academic achievement, and was inducted into the National Order of the Scribes and the Order of the Coif.
Prior to entering law school, Aryn spent more than a year working for the OKC Afghan Legal Network, first serving as an operations assistant and later as a legal assistant. In those roles, she managed communications with Afghan refugees, sponsors, and staff; coordinated organizational operations; and assisted individuals and families with immigration-related matters following their relocation to Oklahoma City. She also developed a case-tracking system and helped train legal interns and contractors on application procedures. This experience provided her with valuable insight into client service, complex regulatory processes, and the practical challenges facing individuals and families navigating legal issues.
