Blaine Brewer is a transactional lawyer whose practice encompasses a broad range of corporate and business matters, including real estate transactions, business and transaction financing, mergers and acquisitions, business entity formation, contract negotiations, and business taxation.
As part of his real estate practice, Blaine represents clients in the buying, selling, leasing, lease-back, developing, and financing of improved and unimproved real property, including negotiation and documentation of purchase and sale agreements, title and survey diligence, regulatory compliance, and land use issues. He also represents landlords and tenants in all aspects of commercial leasing transactions, including ground leases, single-occupant leases, and multi-tenant office, retail or shopping center, and industrial leases.
Blaine’s commercial finance practice includes serving as counsel to lenders and borrowers in all types of commercial finance transactions, including single-lender and syndicated credit facilities, first and second lien credit agreements, asset-based loans, and unsecured financings.
