
Braden Hoffmann is a trial lawyer whose state and federal litigation practice encompasses a broad range of civil disputes, including those involving claims of breach of contract, personal injury, professional negligence, premises liability, and other torts. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to defending national insurance companies against claims of bad faith, fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent underwriting, and violations of consumer protection laws. He also represents insurers in coverage disputes arising under life, auto, property, and commercial general liability insurance policies.
Braden’s career experience includes defending insurance companies and their insureds in lawsuits arising from trucking and vehicular accidents, as well as representing county, state and federal governmental entities in civil rights litigation and administrative proceedings.
