Bio overview

Braden Hoffmann is a trial lawyer whose state and federal litigation practice encompasses a broad range of civil disputes, including those involving claims of breach of contract, personal injury, professional negligence, premises liability, and other torts. He also devotes a significant portion of his practice to defending national insurance companies against claims of bad faith, fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, negligent underwriting, and violations of consumer protection laws. He also represents insurers in coverage disputes arising under life, auto, property, and commercial general liability insurance policies.

Braden’s career experience includes defending insurance companies and their insureds in lawsuits arising from trucking and vehicular accidents, as well as representing county, state and federal governmental entities in civil rights litigation and administrative proceedings.

Representative Experience

  • Obtained defense verdict in favor of county jailer in multimillion-dollar civil rights action filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
  • Obtained favorable settlement on behalf of telecommunications provider in wrongful death action.
  • Obtained dismissal of wrongful search and seizure claims filed against an arresting officer in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
