Brooke Flesher provides comprehensive paralegal support to attorneys engaged in the representation of clients in all aspects of family law and litigation, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, complex divorce proceedings, business valuations and asset and debt apportionment, division of retirement assets and QDROs, alimony, guardianship, child custody and visitation, and child support. Her responsibilities include conducting research, preparing agreements, coordinating depositions and mediations, preparing and filing pleadings with the courts, organizing documents and exhibits, and preparing cases for trial.

Prior to joining McAfee & Taft in 2021, Brooke served as a minute clerk for the Tulsa County Court Clerk’s office, where she was responsible for examining legal documents for adherence to state law and court procedures, maintaining court dockets, updating case dispositions after hearings and trials, and enhancing court processes and efficiency.

Brooke earned her bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009 and spent the first seven years of her professional career serving as an elementary school teacher in North Carolina. The North Carolina native later relocated to Orange County, California, where she worked for a medical and surgical practice for more than three years, gaining valuable experience in the areas of client service and business operations.
